This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, coaching programs, advisory services, subscription programs, and digital products. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or tracking, we ask for that consent separately and do not treat silence or continued browsing as consent.

1. Information We Collect

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • -Usage Information: Log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times.
  • -Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies: We use essential browser storage for account access, forms, preferences, admin sessions, image caching, and cookie choices. Google Analytics is optional and controlled through the cookie banner. Embedded third-party media, such as YouTube videos, may load where videos appear.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 To Provide and Improve Our Services

  • -To deliver coaching programs, process payments, and manage your Portal account
  • -To personalize your experience and provide tailored coaching based on the 7 Rules of Business Acumen framework
  • -To power the AI Business Advisor using your business profile, goals, action items, and uploaded documents
  • -To track progress, completion status, and execution metrics within the Portal

2.2 Marketing and Communication

  • -To send lifecycle coaching emails (activation reminders, weekly momentum summaries, mini-lessons, business status reports)
  • -To use recorded likenesses, voices, or testimonials from coaching sessions for marketing and promotional purposes, as permitted by our Terms of Service and subject to your opt-out rights

2.3 Analytics and Research

  • -To analyze how our services are used and to improve our curriculum, coaching methodology, and user experience

3. Cookies, Storage, Analytics, and Tracking

Essential storage. We use first-party localStorage and sessionStorage for required or user-requested functions, including account/session state, admin access keys, form progress, A/B page variant display, image caching, splash-screen display, saved offer-builder drafts, and remembering your cookie preferences. Essential storage is enabled by default because the site and Portal need it to function.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics only after you consent to analytics cookies. Analytics helps us understand page visits and improve the site. Analytics is off by default, and we configure it with IP anonymization when loaded.

Embedded media. Embedded YouTube videos and similar third-party media may set cookies or collect usage data when they load. Because the site uses videos as page content, those embeds may load where videos appear instead of being controlled by the analytics consent choice.

Your controls. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or customize categories in the cookie banner. Non-essential categories are not preselected. You can reopen preferences from the site footer or this button: .

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out for analytics on that browser.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

5. International Data Transfers and Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). LBBA does not sell personal information. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request correction or deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing. We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal for non-essential analytics on this site. To exercise these rights, contact james@letjameshelp.com.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration - including password hashing, encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law. Coaching session recordings and business profile data may be retained for up to 3 years following the end of your engagement to support quality assurance and dispute resolution.
