We respect each guest's privacy. General retreat photography and video may be captured during public retreat moments, but private coaching conversations, wellness services, and personal sharing moments will not be filmed without permission. VIP content is scheduled intentionally and individually so guests can feel prepared, comfortable, and in control of how they are represented.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We recommend WorldTrips as one option for guests who want travel medical and trip protection coverage. Guests are responsible for reviewing and selecting the policy that best fits their needs.
Policy
Clear expectations before you reserve.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. Final payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date. If someone books within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is due at booking.
Cancellation Windows
- More than 90 days: refund above the deposit, or future credit if approved.
- 61-90 days: 50% refund above the deposit, or partial credit if approved.
- 31-60 days: no cash refund; credit may be offered at host discretion.
- 30 days or less: no refund and no credit.
Important Notes
- Guest may transfer her spot to another approved participant if requirements are completed.
- No refunds or credits for no-shows.
- Travel delays, missed flights, illness, passport issues, or personal emergencies are not refundable through the retreat host.
- If the host cancels, guests receive a refund of retreat payments made or may transfer payments to a future retreat. Travel costs are not reimbursed by the host.
